It is Saturday and it is a gorgeous day outside.
I have nothing planned for the weekend so I decided that this is the day I was going to experiment in the kitchen and whip myself up a little something for lunch. Voilà, this is what I came up with. It is Tortelloni Ricotta e Spinaci with some Agnesi Funghi sauce.
Balcony, warm sun, cool wind, some Antonio Carlos Jobim... Heaven!
